An honors graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, Richard has practiced commercial and IP litigation for over twenty years. Before working with BLG, Richard was associated with Jenner & Block in Chicago and Heller Ehrman in San Francisco. In addition to his trial work, Richard has brought and won multiple appeals in the Ninth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
