Marc Bernstein has been a commercial and IP litigator for over 30 years.
Selected each year from 2008-2023 as an IP and business litigation “Super Lawyer,” Marc has litigated a wide spectrum of commercial, technology, and IP cases, including patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark cases. An alumnus of Morrison & Foerster, Marc currently serves as a mediator on the Northern District of California’s Mediation Panel. He has served several times as a Special Master in the Northern District, and, early in his career, served as a law clerk to late Ninth Circuit Judge Cecil F. Poole. Marc earned a B.S. in Mathematics with High Distinction from the University of Michigan, and a J.D. from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law.
