Ethan Jacobs is a “Super Lawyer” who has litigated complex commercial & IP cases for over 15 years.
Recognized each year beginning in 2019 as a business litigation “Super Lawyer,” Ethan has handled a diverse range of cases involving software, cryptocurrency, NFTs, entertainment and copyright issues, patents, trademarks, trade secrets. An honors graduate of Columbia Law School, he clerked for U.S. District Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald in the Southern District of New York before working for many years at the New York offices of Covington & Burling. Licensed to practice law in New York and California, he serves as the National Chapter Co-Coordinator of the Copyright Society.
