Christian Andreu-von Euw is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience resolving high-tech and complex commercial disputes, including patent, trade secret, copyright, and contract disputes. His cases have involved data security, software design, genetically engineered crops, glucose monitoring, electro-optics, microprocessor design, semiconductor manufacturing, and other technologies.
Before coming to BLG, he spent twelve years as an IP litigator at Morrison & Foerster. In previous work as an electrical engineer, Christian designed telecommunications and broadcast-video products and was awarded a patent in free-space optical communications.
Christian teaches Data Security and Privacy Law at the University of San Diego, is an active board member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, and is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
Christian is fluent in Spanish and English and conversant in German.
