Will Fitton has been a commercial and intellectual property litigator for over twenty-five years.
A graduate of Yale law school and alum of Morrison & Foerster and Latham & Watkins, Will has been litigating commercial, IP, and technology cases for over twenty-five years. He currently serves as Vice President of the San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Association, one of the oldest and largest IP law associations in the United States. Will also served as a law clerk for U.S. District Court Judge Peter J. Messitte of the District of Maryland.
